Let me start off by saying that moving is a real true pain!  Thankfully we worked with a great realtor and her team.  One team member in particular was a stager by the name of Keri Robicheaux.  There was a lot to do to get our home ready for just staging purposes.  Keri is very thorough in her assessment of each room.  But, her eye for color and how the rooms should be set up pay off!  You as a selling home owner have the choice to complete or not to complete any items noted but, my advice; do it.  You’ll sell your home faster!

 My husband and I hired Keri when we were deciding whether to put our house on the market and downsize, or stay put and renovate our kitchen and other areas of our home. As a former top real estate agent, Keri was extremely helpful with giving us advice on what areas needed to be upgraded and what areas we could leave as is.
